House Location Drawing

The purpose of a House Location Drawing is to locate, describe and represent the positions of a building or other visible improvements affecting the property inspected. A House Location Drawing is not an accurate form of locating your physical improvements or establishing your property lines. Any construction, physical improvements or erecting a fence would need a Boundary Survey.
