Lot Line Adjustment
A lot line adjustment is the process that is used to change property lines of existing parcels in Baltimore County. The Lot Line Adjustment process is not used to create additional parcels. In order to receive approval from Baltimore County, a submission of the proposed adjusted area must be submitted with the D.R.C. Application. If the property is in the Critical Bay Area additional environmental requirements will need to be addressed. If the property is serviced by well and septic, the Department of Ground Water Management Requirements will need to be addressed.
